Monday, January 28th, 2008in germany, when you want to say “to throw a spanner in the works”, you say “sand ins getriebe streuen” which can be translated as “pour sand in the gear”. which has now become a problem…
the sesame dispenser we wanted to use
is quickly blocked by the sand… and not very precise…
this is clearly not the way to go…
hacking servos… 3 of them.
Monday, January 28th, 2008in order to drive whatever will help dose the sand, i hacked 3 servos by destroying the feedback encoder, so the servos have no idea how far they have turned and keep turning…
the setup
